Cycling in an eco-friendly way with TMF.
Respect for the environment and careful use of raw materials and green thinking. These are the keys to TMF’s sustainability programme.

SUSTAINABLE GROWTH AND ETHICS
Over the years, our approach and experience has led us to develop a “green” conscience towards the planet we live on, where we go about our business, nurture passions and build new synergies. TMF’s desire to develop new top quality products is also based of achieving its goal of successfully reducing the environmental impact of its manufacturing processes.
As TMF continues to evolve, it constantly works to achieve the highest standards of quality, uniting growth and innovation with a more equitable distribution of resources and utmost care for the environment.
Obtaining OEKO-TEX® certification guarantees that the fabrics and materials we use are safe; the use of BLUESIGN® certified fabrics emphasises our commitment to follow the guidelines for the textile sustainability. We are also in the process of obtaining ISO 14001 certification for the management of the environment and ISO 9001 certification for quality management.

SENSITIVE TO THE ENVIRONMENT
TMF carries out increasingly detailed research into materials, processes and manufacturing techniques to optimise energy resources used in production. In fact, it has been more than 10 years since the company developed its first eco-friendly pad: TMF is careful about recycling waste, using eco-friendly raw materials and components, as well as paying attention to the environment in its advertising and printed materials.
Our sustainability programme

100% recyclable packaging materials
TMF began its conscientious use of paper and cardboard programme in 2015, trying to find alternative solutions to those previously employed. The new management system has enabled us to computerise a number of processes, reducing the consumption of printed paper; moreover, the cardboard used in packaging is 100% recyclable.

Re-using waste materials
The management of scrap materials after manufacturing by a certified Body means they can be re-used.

Reduction in CO2 emissions
Last but not least, we have focussed on optimising movement processes and emissions of CO2, by grouping together shipments, which reduces the movements of goods to and from our warehouse.
